  • At the intersection of corporate social responsibility and unorganised farming and textile communities, I facilitated structured growth and scalable, market-driven solutions.

  • Spearheaded creative and operational initiatives focused on regenerative cotton cultivation and handloom textile production.

  • Curated and managed a diverse product portfolio of over 280+ SKUs, spanning mill-spun and hand-spun yarns, as well as powerloom and handloom fabrics sourced from clusters in Maharashtra, Telangana and Gujarat.

  • Oversaw annual budgets exceeding ₹5 crore, with strategic plans underway to expand sustainable textile operations to ₹12+ crore.

  • Led a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals across design, textiles, and farming, including 12 direct reports.

  • Empowered 150+ women artisans by providing training in handloom weaving, spinning, natural dyeing, tailoring, and embroidery.

  • Partnered with government bodies and industry stakeholders to launch R&D initiatives, training programs, and market expansion efforts.

  • Played a key role in designing and implementing an innovation hub, coordinating seamlessly between architects, designers, and leadership teams.

  • Managed procurement and maintenance of textile machinery, enhancing cost-efficiency and sustainability across operations.

  • Developed data-driven supply chain systems to ensure transparency, traceability, and optimized inventory and production management.
